Hello, my name is Nicholas Huang.
I’m the Ang Mo Kio real estate specialist. Having grown up here
and finding out the secrets of this quaint neighbourhood has to offer, it was only
natural that I went on to make this my career.
Ang Mo Kio is known for a lot of things: great food, excellent public
transport connectivity, plenty of schools, and more. You can get to almost
anywhere in Singapore from here in less than 30 minutes. Naturally, houses here
also come with a premium price tag.
It is easy to fall in love with this place. And that is why even after
so many years, Ang Mo Kio continues to be the top choice for Singaporeans to build their homes and
family in. Going by how fast the (limited) BTOs here were snapped up, it is
clear I’m not the only one who loves this town.
But what many do not know is how exactly to tap into these benefits
and unlock maximum value from your house in Ang Mo Kio. Despite living in
one of the most prime estates in Singapore, most Ang Mo Kio residents end up
paying more or earning less when they buy or sell homes.
Especially if your house is nearing
40 years old. This could be your last chance to make your asset work for you.

worries.
